Which plan should I choose?
EU + UK and Europe are different plan groups. Do not rely on the name alone: check the coverage list of the plan you are buying, especially when travelling outside the European Union or the United Kingdom.
For a single country, compare local plans too. Choose the data allowance, validity and price that fit your trip.
Crossing borders
You can use the same eSIM in countries covered by your chosen plan while its data and validity remain available. A country listed for another plan group is not automatically included.
In a covered country, select the eSIM for mobile data and enable Data Roaming. If it does not connect, toggle Airplane mode and follow the installation guide.
Frequently asked questions
Do EU + UK and Europe have the same coverage?
No. They are different plan groups with different coverage lists. Before buying, check that every destination on your trip is included in your chosen plan.
Do I need a new eSIM in the next country?
No, if the next country is included in the plan you bought and you still have data and validity. If it is not included, you need a plan that covers that country.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. Data-only plans do not replace your main number, and WhatsApp can keep using it. Your main operator’s call and SMS charges remain separate.
