Terms of use

1. Provider and scope

PRIeSIM is a trading name of PRCONNECT SH.P.K.. PRCONNECT is the contracting party and seller/reseller of eSIM packages supplied through technical and telecommunications partners. PRCONNECT does not operate the local radio access network; connectivity is provided by the local operator shown with the package. Regulated third-party services are identified in the relevant flow. Nothing in these terms limits any regulatory duty, registration or licence requirement that may apply.

These terms apply to priesim.com, the PRIeSIM iOS/Android applications, eSIM packages and top-ups. Package-specific terms shown before payment supplement these terms. Travel insurance is a separate PRISIG service and is not governed by these eSIM terms.

2. The eSIM product

You buy a digital eSIM profile and the right to use a data package according to the destination, allowance, validity, networks and restrictions shown before payment. Packages are generally data-only; calls, SMS or a phone number are included only where clearly stated. “Unlimited” packages may have fair-use, speed or hotspot limits shown with the package.

3. Device, installation and activation

Before purchase, check that your device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked and works at the destination. A QR/LPA may be single-use; do not disclose it publicly or delete the profile after installation. Validity may begin at installation, activation or first network connection, as stated for the package.

4. Price and payment

The final euro price and any discount or charge are shown before confirmation. Payment is processed by the bank or payment service provider displayed at checkout. We do not store the full card number, CVC/CVV or wallet credentials.

Saving a card is available only when the checkout displays that option and is optional. It requires a separate “Save this card” choice. ProCard/Paysera KS keeps the full card details and may issue a recurring-payment token. We may retain that token encrypted at rest, its keyed fingerprint, provider and card type, the last four digits, and the consent time/version and source order. We do not retain the full card number or CVC/CVV. Removing the card cryptographically erases the usable token and revokes earlier save consent. A later saved-card charge, if enabled, must be initiated for a specific order; this is not a subscription or automatic renewal.

Crypto payment is offered only when shown at checkout for your platform, account, order amount and currently available currencies. If selected, you are redirected to a hosted NOWPayments page showing the exact network, address, amount, time limit and memo/tag. Follow those instructions exactly. NOWPayments processes the payment under its own terms and privacy notice. PRCONNECT does not provide you with a wallet, exchange or crypto-custody service. Availability may be withdrawn without affecting card checkout.

5. Order creation and delivery

A pending order or payment reference may be created before payment. The order is accepted for fulfilment only after payment is confirmed. The QR and instructions then appear under “My eSIMs” and are sent by email. Payment verification or the supplier may delay delivery. A failed, cancelled, expired or reversed payment does not create a right to supply.

6. Immediate supply and withdrawal

Under Kosovo Consumer Protection Law No. 06/L-034, a consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. The right is not lost merely because an eSIM was ordered or paid for. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the exception applies only where the statutory conditions are met, including prior express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period, acknowledgement that by giving that consent the consumer loses the statutory right of withdrawal once supply begins, and the required confirmation on a durable medium. If supply has not begun, those conditions were not met, or the required information/confirmation was not provided, the statutory right may remain; failure to provide withdrawal information may extend the period as provided by law. Mandatory remedies for non-delivery, defects and non-conformity remain in all cases.

7. Coverage, use and suspension

Availability, speed and quality depend on local operators, coverage, device, location and maintenance. Unauthorised resale, fraud, unlawful use, security abuse and deliberate circumvention are prohibited. We may suspend service where necessary and proportionate for security, legal compliance or fraud prevention.

8. Account and communications

You are responsible for an accurate email address and account security. Order, security, QR, invoice and support emails are contractual communications. Marketing, offers and optional feedback requests are sent only under the relevant choice and can be stopped.

9. Refunds and complaints

See the Refund policy for withdrawal, defects, refunds and the model withdrawal form. Complain through “My eSIMs”, at info@priesim.com or WhatsApp +383 48 441 256. Include the order number and issue, but not the QR/LPA. We acknowledge receipt by email and respond within the period required by applicable law; complex technical cases may require proportionate diagnostics.

10. Liability, law and changes

We do not exclude liability, legal guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Before an order that creates a payment obligation, the main characteristics, total price, accepted payment methods, delivery restrictions and withdrawal information must be presented clearly, and the order control must make the payment obligation unambiguous. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo and the competent courts in Prishtina, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection under the law of their residence. Law No. 06/L-034 and other mandatory consumer rules prevail over any inconsistent term. New versions apply from their date and do not rewrite completed orders.
