What gets deleted?
Your account is deactivated immediately and the personal data on your profile is anonymised. You can no longer sign in or manage your eSIMs from the deleted account. Invoices, minimal transaction records and insurance policies are kept only for as long as tax, financial or insurance law requires.
You can do the same in the app under Profile → My details → Delete my account permanently.
For security, sign in so you can confirm the deletion with your password.
If you cannot sign in, send the request from your account email address to info@priesim.com.
